Al Seef Heritage Hotel Dubai, Curio Collection By Hilton

My recent stay at this hotel was truly a delightful experience. the staff at check-out were friendly and engaged, especially the receptionist and duty manager. the room service was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff ensured our room was always pristine. the local Emirati breakfast options were a real treat, with delicious omelettes made to order. the poolside snack bar offered a variety of local delicacies, perfect for a quick bite. the hotel's location across the market added to the charm of the stay, providing easy access to the Dubai Heritage Village and other historic landmarks.

Although the overall experience was exceptional, there were a few areas that could be improved. the check-in process was a bit lengthy due to the high number of guests arriving simultaneously.

Charming Arabic-themed hotel with excellent service

The whole heritage experience was great from the room set up to the entire hotel made you feel and enjoy the true tradition of Dubai. It was really great being reminded how it all was and its beginnings. Truly amazing. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers allowed us to relax, while nearby landmarks like Dubai Museum and Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood provided a cultural touch enhancing family bonding.

Beautiful Bedouin-style architecture and great water views make Curio Collection a delightful stay. Spacious, well-decorated rooms with comfy beds. Romantic ambiance with small shops and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with many choices.

The room had a cool Arabian vibe, real cozy and clean, plus the staff were mega friendly and sweet, making me feel special with a surprise birthday cake! The hotel's got that cool vintage Arabian look and being in the downtown area is dope, with loads of stuff to get into nearby. The only bummer was the gym being a hike away, a bit of a letdown but the hotel itself still rocks! 🏨

The spa was luxurious, and I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that left me feeling refreshed and energized. Additionally, the fitness center at Canopy by Hilton Dubai Al Seef was well-equipped, allowing me to keep up with my workout routine. The free transportation to-and-from the hotel was a fantastic perk, making it convenient to explore the city without any hassle.

Breakfast was not great.

At my first stay, the staff helped me with directions. This place suits me perfectly, has Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and 24-hour reception. I'm a repeat guest for business, and have everything I need.

the hotel was impeccably clean and located just opposite a mosque. the staff - especially mr. saleh - were so warm and considerate. i learned from the staff that the abra station is a great budget-friendly way to explore.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, part of the Curio Collection. the location was perfect, giving us a true UAE experience. the rooms and bathrooms were beautifully decorated and generously sized, with a stunning view across Dubai Creek. the staff treated us with utmost courtesy, and we especially want to thank Chris, one of the buggy drivers, who made us feel like we were on a personal tour every time we were in the buggy. the hotel had great eating options nearby and plenty of activities to keep us entertained.

Started the day with delicious local cuisine, exploring nearby attractions by shuttle. Kids loved the swings and pool, giving me time at the peaceful spa. I sneaked in a traditional dessert at night, indulging in the calm heritage quarter. The room felt like a cocoon of comfort, perfect after long days of sightseeing. Safety features gave peace of mind, and the warm welcome made me feel instantly at home. A quirky touch: ended up teaching the kids some Emirati phrases!

The hotel's location was convenient for those wanting to explore the local area, with easy access to ferries and a range of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The view from some of the rooms was also quite impressive. The breakfast offered a good variety of quality items, and the rooms were well-equipped with modern and functional facilities.

Some staff members seemed to lack proper training in terms of delivering quality customer service, with some unwanted surprises like long wait times, miscommunication, and slow response.

We loved the vintage style, location near the metro station, and convenient neighborhood near Laguna park. The hotel facilities were great, including the 24-hour room service and free golf carts to take you around the property. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of local and international dishes. The staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help.

Exploring the quiet streets and hidden rooftop areas at sunrise was truly enchanting. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with local Emirati culinary options. the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, even surprising us with a birthday cake in our room. the hotel's location near the historical district made it easy to explore, with affordable taxis and convenient public transport options. We highly recommend this hotel for a fun, affordable, and comfortable stay in Dubai.

The rooms were so cozy and comfy with premium bedding and air conditioning. I felt like I was sleeping on clouds! The laptop-friendly workspace made it easy for me to catch up on some work too.

Some may find the strobe-light alarms for the hard of hearing a bit distracting.

However, the modern Arabian hospitality at the hotel pleasantly surprised me, especially the signature welcome Arabic coffee service upon check-in. Additionally, the menu of Emirati flavors at the hotel's restaurant, Saba' a, was a delightful culinary experience. The facilities, including free WiFi, a terrace, and a bar, added to the overall positive experience.

Reception on evening arrival was overloaded. Limited guest facilities reliant on sister hotels for pool, etc.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic! Located in a convenient neighborhood near the metro station, I was able to easily explore the charming old quarter of the city on foot. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, providing excellent service from room service and housekeeping to laundry and dry cleaning services. The room amenities were exceptional, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The swimming pools were absolutely gorgeous, the perfect place to relax and unwind, and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the city.

The wardrobe handle was released and difficult to open easily. the noise isolation from outside was not great, especially in the evening.

The hotel's design and decor were so old-fashioned, I felt like I had traveled back in time. The food was delicious, especially the local dishes. I also enjoyed the access to the pools and gyms at their sister hotels - so convenient!

My wife says that an indoor play area for kids would be a great addition for families with children.

Yo, the only thing that would've leveled up the vibe for us party animals would be an on-site nightclub or some sick DJ events to keep the energy going after a day of adventuring.
